Using Celesa
You may download Celesa and use it for free, for personal or work purposes. Please don’t resell it, remove its notices, or use it to break the law or to record people without their consent.
Open models
Celesa downloads and runs third-party open models: NVIDIA Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3 (CC BY 4.0) and Qwen 3.5 (Apache 2.0). Their licences apply to those models.
Your content
What you dictate is yours. Celesa processes it on your Mac and doesn’t send it to us, so we never see it.
No warranty
Celesa is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Dictation can make mistakes, so read important text before you send it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Celesa or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
